By accessing or playing on NexusGames (nexusgames.pk), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Registration via Mobile Number

Your mobile phone number serves as your unique account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to your mobile number and securing any authentication codes sent to it.

Certain games, features, or tournaments may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription payments are processed by Telecom DCB or by redirecting you to external payment gateways (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash). You agree to comply with the terms and security protocols of these payment providers. NexusGames is not responsible for transaction failures caused by external payment gateways.
The following subscription packages are currently available via Jazz DCB:

Daily (Prepaid) PKR 12 Inclusive of Rs. 0.20 as Access Charges and applicable Taxes

Monthly (Postpaid) PKR 200 Inclusive of Rs. 0.30 as Access Charges and applicable Taxes
The following subscription packages are currently available via JazzCash:

Package Price Billing Cycle

Weekly PKR 50 Incl. Tax, billed every week

Monthly PKR 100 Incl. Tax, billed every month

Monthly Premium PKR 350 Incl. Tax, billed every month
All prices are subject to applicable government taxes and regulatory surcharges as mandated under Pakistani telecommunications law.
Subscription charges are deducted directly from your Jazz balance (prepaid) or added to your Jazz bill (postpaid) via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB).
To unsubscribe, you may use the account option available within the NexusGames portal or contact Jazz customer support.

NexusGames is for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to exploit bugs, use automated scripts/bots, or attempt unauthorized access to the portal backend.

Scores, badges, and in-game points linked to your mobile number carry zero real-world cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

All games, graphics, code, and logos on nexusgames.pk belong to or are licensed to NexusGames.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
